FAQ
Do you travel?
Yes! If you are local to Los Angeles, Orange County or the IE, travel fee's are not required if greater than 35 miles from Anaheim, CA.
Can I use the photos for social media and marketing materials?
Yes! Also, if your package comes with raw footage, you may use these for any social media.
What is your process for working with brands and businesses?
We love working with brands! Simply contact us for brand specific requests. We like to work closely to make sure your brand is represented accurately and you are satisfied with your content.
What does a custom reel feature?
All custom reels feature a 30-90 second cinematic edit (can be more or less, based on needs). Professional filming is done on iPhone and social media is traditionally shot in 2K due to file size (4K can be requested for certain projects). Custom text overlays and captions are also available if needed. High quality content is always the goal and delivery is based on complexity and revisions. Two revisions are allowed for most projects, additional edits may occur a fee.
